About

Barwon Health is the major public health service for Geelong and the wider region, with extensive children's services centred on University Hospital Geelong - including a 28-bed paediatric Children's Ward and paediatric medicine clinics caring for infants to 18-year-olds. Families can access developmental assessments, allied health and therapy (speech, OT, physio, psychology) through Child and Family Health Services, the BRANCHS general paediatric clinic, and a free Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service. While not a recreational activity, it's the key health and developmental support network Geelong parents turn to for their children's medical, developmental and wellbeing needs.
