The Geelong Stars All-Abilities Sports Club was founded in 2024 by Scott Smith, the 2022 National NAB Auskick Volunteer of the Year, to give kids and adults of all abilities a genuine place in sport. Built on a philosophy of no expectations, small groups, short rotations and above all having fun, the club introduced All-Abilities Auskick to the region and continues to grow its programs. Membership includes athletic clothing, a backpack and all program costs — a welcoming, inclusive option for Geelong families seeking accessible sport for children with disability.
