Oxide Contemporary Arts is a Geelong art school running weekly after-school and weekend drawing and painting classes for kids in small, individually tutored groups. Students work across pencil, charcoal, ink, watercolour, oil and acrylic, blending traditional skills with contemporary techniques to build genuine knowledge of materials and professional methods. Term classes are split into Primary (grades 2-6) and Secondary (years 7-12) streams, with separate school-holiday workshops for ages 7-14 and a free trial class on offer. It's a great fit for Geelong children who are serious about developing real art skills rather than casual craft.
