Founded in Geelong in 1987, Back to Back Theatre is one of Australia's most acclaimed contemporary theatre companies, creating work with an ensemble of artists perceived to have intellectual disabilities and touring internationally. For young people, the standout is Theatre of Speed, an ongoing weekly workshop program for young people with intellectual disabilities, alongside CAMP, an annual weekend of inclusive theatre and art-making for community members with and without disability, no experience needed. The company is a registered NDIS provider offering group-based community and recreational activities. It's a genuinely unique, world-class creative home for Geelong young people with disability who love performing.
