genU James Street Gallery
Geelong
About
genU James Street Gallery at 4 James Street, Geelong, is a welcoming, accessible studio and exhibition space supporting artists with disability, where participants work in painting, fine art printing, book making, papier-mache and ceramics alongside qualified support workers. The gallery stages around 11 shows a year and has backed local artists across more than 140 exhibitions since 1997. While it's primarily an inclusive program for older participants rather than a kids' class, it's a meaningful Geelong option for young people with disability looking to build creative skills and exhibit their work.
