Arena Kyokushin Karate in North Geelong specialises in full-contact traditional Japanese Kyokushin karate for the whole family. Kids aged 5 to 10 train in the Young Lions specialist program, which mixes the fundamentals of Kyokushin with games and activities that build balance, coordination, confidence and focus, while those 11 and up join the general class alongside adults.
