Shiryodo Karate

Shiryodo Karate runs from a purpose-built dojo at 353 Torquay Road, Mount Duneed, with classes grouped by age and stage: Ninja (3-4 years), Dragons (4-7), Youth (7-14) and Senior (14-adult). Younger classes are structured around little ones' attention spans, while the 7-13 program builds confidence, anti-bullying skills and decision-making alongside fitness, coordination and discipline. There's also a dedicated special-needs class during school term for children with autism, ADHD or others who find regular classes tricky, and memberships start from around $21 a week, making it an inclusive, family-friendly martial arts option for the Geelong and Surf Coast area.
