Sitting right beside Cunningham Pier on the Geelong Waterfront, this free play precinct combines stunning Corio Bay views with a recently refreshed playground the whole family can enjoy. Kids can tackle a tube slide winding down the hill, a pyramid climbing net, swings, bouncers, a timber tower, a boat atop the sand pit and the much-loved interactive Poppy Kettle water fountains and miniature statues inspired by Geelong author Robert Ingpens Voyage of the Poppykettle. Drinking water, toilets and parking are close by, and the pier itself adds waterfront dining and people-watching to the outing. An easy, scenic spot in central Geelong that pairs a great play with a stroll along the bay.
